[HANASHIR:16685] Sim Shalom

Does anyone know the origins of the Sim Shalom that starts "Sim, sim, sim
shalom, sim shalom tova uv'racha-a-a-a-h". It has a punchy, lively beat and
sounds Chassidic but I'm unsure if it is or is not in the public domain or
whether there is a composer.
Thanks,
