[HANASHIR:16500] Kol Ha'olam Kulo (Gesher Tzar M'od)

There is a wonderful version of the Baruch Chait melody on the new A.R.E.
Music Sampler - Volume 1, recorded by Loz Lanztmun, a Jewish world beat
group out of Denver. It contains the English lyrics you described - it was
"tweaked" by the amazingly wonderful Rabbi Jack Gabriel, a beautiful
singer/songwriter who has come from the Renewal movement. He's not known
as much to the "mainstream" (read: Reform/HN/NFTY) but he's absolutely
wonderful. He has taught and performed at CAJE in the past. The A.R.E.
Music Sampler Volume I, which also features many of us on this list (Fran
Avni, Joe Black, Judy Caplan-Ginsburgh, Scott Leader, Steve Dropkin, Craig
Taubman, Jeff Klepper, Beth Schafer, Eric Komar and myself.) is available
(along with Jack Gabriel's recordings) on www.arepublish.com.

Fran Avni has a wonderful new version, as well, that I was privileged to
sing with her, and others, at CAJE last summer (the Queens of Collaboration
were at it again!)

Shabbat shalom,
Robbi Sherwin
