Cantor Monty Turner wrote a piece that we've used during our
(unfortunately too many!) dedications of new spaces, "Derech Tova". 
I have the music if you're interested (I'm the choir director of the
synagogue.)

And there's Debbie Friedman's lovely piece, "Holy Place" that is very
appropriate, too.
