At this point in the discussion I would love to
understand more about distribution of arrangements of
other artists' songs for NON-PROFIT usage. I
understood from an intellectual rights lawyer who I
consult with that an arranger also has rights over an
arrangement. Obviously if one intends to profit from
sale of the arrangement, proper obligations towards
the composer must be met first. But, if one is not
intending to profit from the arrangement, can one
share it freely without consent from the original song
