Other excellent choices include:
"Btzelem Elohim" (Dan Nichols; I believe is on one of the Ruach CD's)
"Hineh Tov M'od"  by Gordon Lustig (nice sung straight through, and 
very lovely indeed as a round; I am pretty sure it's on one of the 
early NFTY albums/CDs)
"I am All Around" (a little later in Breisheet) by Julie Silver
