[HANASHIR:15474] Re: Voice Care for the Holidays



 Hi Karen,

Never thought the inhaler can bring on the hoarseness!  I am so thrilled with 
this discussion also.  I only use it if I really feel short of breath or my 
lung capacity is not where it should be.  There are several occasions where I 
keep hot tea on the bima with me or in the classroom with me becuase I found 
that keeping my throat warm is a saving grace.

I also drink (most days) a gallon of water a day, no ice becuase ice will 
constict the lungs and cords.
