[HANASHIR:15408] another "fill the gap" question

Like others on this list, I am trying to "fill a gap" and hope that someone 
has a source or two for me. 

One of my goals this year is to learn the full Shabbat birkat hamazon. There 
are so many different melodies throughout. I am trying to find a CD recording 
to practice with, as I don't have the opportunity to be in the company of 
those who recite this on a regular enough basis to get it down.

Does anyone know of a source for this material?
