[HANASHIR:15393] Re: Psalm 122 in Hebrew

Yes indeed, we are all here to help each other. We're all coming from
different places, different perspectives and have been "doing this" in
vastly different ways for differing amounts of years. The beauty is
that we are all drawn to it and want to infuse it into others'
lives.......... No matter what our questions, we should ask. I think
we'd all be surprised by the "courage" of some to ask, when in fact, the
answers may help many.
May we all be blessed with compassion, strength and good health and
healing in the coming year.

Lori,

Please don't be turned off at that one terse response which is most
atypical
of messages on this list. In my years as a list member, there have only
been
a handful of these.

Many wonderful cantorial soloists, song leaders and cantors have been
drawn
to Jewish music as a path of the heart and on the way have supplemented
their education until they became proficient in their fields. I have
found
Hanashir to be a wonderful, supportive cyber-community willing to share
the
love and knowledge of Jewish music. In my opinion, when you have a
question, ask away! You will almost always get a helpful response.
