Hi friends -- Just got back from NYC where we narrowly "escaped" some
real problems.  Got out of the city carefully, slowly, but at least we
got out!   Only had to crawl down 10 flights of stairs in total
darkness.  Better than sleeping on the streets!

Does anyone know the conditions in Columbus?  I know Cleveland still
does not have power.   What's happening with pre-conference, etc.?   Any
word?
