If an Ordained Cantor tutors a bar/bat mitzvah candidate and also officiates, 
with the Rabbi, how much should the Cantor be compensated for teaching and 
officiating assuming it is one combined fee.  The classes are both joint (5 
students) and individual as needed and usually are for at least 20 weeks.

Also, if a Cantor co-officiates at a wedding or at a funeral, how much are they 
compensated.  I  know it varies from community to community but I just want a 
general idea.

Also if a song leader, but not a Cantor, or a Cantorial soloist but not a 
vested Cantor does these things what is the compensation?
