[HANASHIR:15032] multiple songleaders in kids' hi-ho services

Our kids'/family High Holiday services are open to the community at large
and the sanctuary is often completely packed, with folks seated all the
way to the very back of the attached social hall. Those seated in the
farthest back section--especially shorter kids-- can't see the bima very
well.

We're planning to have three guitar-playing co-songleaders at the service
and are trying to figure out the best possible way to organize things. We
could all three stay on the bima the whole time of course, but another
possibility is to have one songleader with the rabbi on the bima and the
other two positioned elsewhere around the room for the duration of the
service.

Or we could position all three on the bima but plan to have two of us
strolling down the aisle during some songs to bring the music closer to
the families in the back.

With so many young kids it can be noisy and even a little chaotic, so we
want to think of creative ways to make each service moving and meaningful
for every kid, not just the ones whose parents were lucky enough to
find seats in front.

If anyone has experience with these kinds of arrangements I'd greatly
appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!
