ListProc puts the power to command your own subscription options in your
hands. Your volunteer list owner(s) will appreciate your taking the time to
familiarize yourself with these options so that they are not inundated with
requests which subscribers can handle on their own. In most cases, it is
easier and faster for subscribers to modify their own settings rather than
ask a list owner to do it for them.
