I have followed many of these email conversations throughout the last few 
months and it seems to me this listserve would be much more productive if we 
could honor someone's request and help them find what they're looking for 
rather 
than judging and criticizing their use of it.   We need to work together 
instead of against one another; we all have something important to contribute 
to our 
Jewish world, each in our own way and we need to be mindful and accepting of 
that.  And with that said, I think we should move on........
