[HANASHIR:14530] RE: Chazak, Chazak

Friends - I have a question and a favor - Is there anyone out there who
could #1- Provide the text and origination of the expression "Chazak,
chazak v'nitz chazek," and the bigger favor - Is it possible to send an
attachment to me privately with the Hebrew font? (That may be asking a
bit much) but I know a site where you can also plug in the letters, so
if you can't send it, I could do it myself if I have the correct
spelling. Thanks so much!

Subject: [HANASHIR:14529] Re: Shabbat Shalom

Dear Neil,

I share similar sentiments. I was at my own temple Friday night for
services, confirmation was the focus, tho my children's choir added 3
songs to the service order. I sat there praying and singing as usual
and it dawned on me that there were no harmonies, in fact, hardly anyone
chanting the melodic tunes, and tho there were more people than the
number at HN, the room felt and sounded empty. During my silent prayer
I shared my appreciaton and gratitude for having experienced HN, now
twice and sharing in a Shabbat Celebration like no other. I still talk
to my friends and try to explain 160 part harmony, but unless you were
there to hear it and partake, its hard to comprehend.

I'm sorry your Shabbat was a let down, but if it comforts you at all,
you were not the only one feeling out of sync. I hope your week is
better and that next Shabbat can be a bit more upbeat and special for
you. Shavua Tov

Laura B.

HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY!
