Hello all --

I just walked in the house, after two days on the train. (Yeah, I made it 
home, too!)

All I can say is that Hava Nashira blew my mind and elevated my soul and I 
definitely want to find a way to come back again. 

Many, many thanks to everyone for being there, for teaching and sharing, and 
for making it what it is. Thanks especially to those of you who came to me 
after Friday night Beit Cafe with words of encouragement and support for me and 
my music. 
I have been operating in something of a vacuum out here and it was really 
helpful to swap music and stories with others who are making Jewish music. I 
only 
wish it wasn't so far away, like nearly everything else in the North American 
Jewish world (!!).

This could become as much of an annual tradition for me as NW Folklife. 
And that's saying a lot.
