Hi Michael,
    Yes, the basic chant for Shavuot  is the same as the one for Pesach 
and Sukkot.  Just change the appropriate words for each festival. 
 Actually, you can use that same festival kidush melody for the Yamim 
Noraim, except that it has become customary to use the Maariv Misinai 
melody ( the one you would chant the Bar'chu to)  in certain parts of 
the text of the kiddush for the Yamim Noraim.  If you like I can tell 
you specifically which parts of the text.  That way, you get 4 for 1.
