In my neighbourhood elementary school, there are about 3 Jewish kids out of 300 
and mine are the only ones who are observant in any way.  I offered them free 
programs with music (I went in with my guitar and age-appropriate songs), 
dreidel games, stories, candle lighting, crafts and delicious treats -- latkes, 
gelt, etc.  They ate it up and the school hasn't been the same since.  The 
students looked forward to my visits on Jewish holidays and tried to wangle 
invitations to our house for celebrations.  Mind you, although this is a very 
non-Jewish community, it is a suburb of a big city, which is not the same as 
being in a small town.
