For this particular request I would look into the work of cantor Charles
Osborne.  He composes and arranges choral music on a very high level.  His
publisher is www.zcmusicgroup.com .  They don't seem to show sheet music on
their website (I just checked, but I know they have it). If you contact them
I'm sure they will help you find beautiful music in 4 parts that is very
Jewish indeed.
