The song "Hall'lu" that Debbie Friedman sings (I think it's on a recent
album, adapted from a Sufi melody) is awesome and so easy to learn and adapt
to harmonies. If you sing it with just the words Hall'lu and Halleluya, it
makes a great interfaith song...I used it in a nonJewish setting when asked
to teach "a Hebrew song" and it rocked. It's a spiritual, happy, community
kind of song....
