[HANASHIR:12724] Re: Krystal Nacht song

Dear Adina,
     Although it's in Yiddish and not in German, the song "S'brent" comes to 
mind.  It was written by Mordechai Gebertig in a concentration camp.  In 
essence it says, "It's burning, brothers, it's burning - our poor town/city 
is in flames..........and you/we stand helpless while our city burns."
