I'd like to clarify the information about the Ufros Aleinu melody 
composership: That "counterpoint" melody was written in a songwriting session 
at Hava Nashira led by Julie Silver (in 1996, I believe). I know, because I 
was one of the 10 or so participants in that particular session. While Julie 
did indeed suggest that "Ufros Aleinu" was a fitting piece of text to 
juxtapose with Debbie Winston's stirring (but, in Debbie's estimation, 
"unfinished") song, the composition of the Ufros Aleinu tune was truly a 
collaborative effort by all the participants. To attribute it solely to Julie 
Silver is quite misleading.
