We have done "Ahavat Olam" from "Friday Night live with violin and voice with 
a guitar background.  It sounds great.  Also the Klepper/Friedlander "Shalom 
Rav" with violin first (a guitar background is nice here too, but not 
necessary if you don't have one) and then either the soloists or the kids.
