[HANASHIR:12374] Re: Lecha Dodi

Rob, sounds like Rotenberg's. See The Complete Shireinu, p. 372-372.

Does anyone know which version of Lecha Dodi is referred to as the "camp"
version (presumably popular at the UAHC camps)? Also, there's a version of
Lecha Dodi I have that purportedly is from Temple B'nai Jeshurun in New
York, but the Cantor who gave me the music did not know the composer. The
chorus goes:

Lai, lai lai lecha dodi
Lai, Lai lai likrat chala
Lai, lai lai p'ney Shabbat
P'ney Shabbat n'kabalah

Anyone have an idea who the composer is?

Thanks.
