[HANASHIR:12260] Eloheinu Veilohei Avoteinu ...Ya'aleh V'yavo

I am chanting Eloheinu Veilohei Avoteinu... Ya'aleh V'yavo at the Sukkot and 
other three festival services.  However, I have difficulty fitting the trad. 
melody (as noted by Spiro) to the shortened version in Gates of Prayer.  It's a 
bit choppy with all the missing text cut out and I find I am improvising a bit 
to make the pieces stick together.  Has anyone got a good notation of the 
prayer with the text according to GOP?
