My idea--- tell the Rabbi--- not to make an appeal.

First I want to thank you all for your great ideas and help. I'm very excited
to add the many new musical settings you've recommended for High Holy Days. Now
I just need two more things:
The rabbi is doing a sermon based on Marlo Thomas' book - how the right words
can change lives, etc. So what do you think I could sing after that? (I
hesitate to call it the anthem because some people get a little nervous with
that term...)
Also on Yom Kippur eve the rabbi makes an appeal and then I sing while the
congregation is handing in their pledge cards. I've done Holy Place, Standing
on the Shoulders, Teach the Torah and Oyfn Pripocek. Anybody have any other
ideas?
L'Shana Tova and stay well-
