Just to agree/clarify, the "t" ending in "r'fuat" signifies a "smichut", or 
contraction.  Often the "t" indicates an "of".  For example, "r'fuat 
ha'nefesh" would be "the healing of soul" or "the soul's healing".  Also for 
what it's worth, I would probably transliterate in the same way as the 
previous post (Sholom's post).
