  IF you like Bonia Shur's Kedushah for Shabbat and are looking to modify it 
without making it seem "Forced", you needn't try to figure out how to do it on 
your own.  Shur composed it for both texts, and the actual folio of Shur's 
Kedushah contains BOTH the full Shabbat version of the Kedushah and the weekday 
afternoon version, which is shorter on two accounts:
      (it substitutes "L'umatam baruch yomeiru" for "adir adireinu adonai 
adoneinu etc"
        and "uv'divrei kod'shecha le'mor" for "Echad hu eloheinu etc")
  His modifications for the weekday version actually work quite well, since the 
shorter weekday language just serves as a bridge, in both instances, to get to 
the next part of his Kedushah which is common to both.
      The folio is available directly from Shur at HUC in Cincinnati.  I 
haven't looked to see if the piece with its Weekday modifications is available 
in any other publication, though it might be.

  The other suggestions already posted on this thread and which are more 
weekday nusach based are also good possibilities.

    A few lines of Kedushah in the Shabbat/Yom Tov afternoon service (p. 564 
Gates of Prayer) are different from the morning Kedushah and I'd like to find a 
melody that works well with the text.  I've heard it is possible to force the  
text into a melody such as the one by Bonia Shur, although it doesn't scan well 
to my ear.  The text varies after "Kadosh, kadosh, kadosh, Adonai tzeva-ot, 
melo chol ha-aretz kevodo" and before "Yimloch Adonai l'olam elohayich tzion, 
l'dor va dor Halleluyah".
