[HANASHIR:11718] Complete Shireinu binding fix

[SELINGER <SELINGER...>]

The wire binding of the Complete Shireinu can be secured using strong
thread or string. With the pages in place, open the back cover and use the
string to sew the two sides of the wire binding together so that the pages
can no longer fall out. Tie securely. 

If it's too far gone for that, perhaps the friendly folks at the nearest
Kinkos could re-bind the pages for you.
