[HANASHIR:11645] Re: Another opinion about sharing our music



Laura raised a question that has been niggling at me since I recorded my
CD, "We Are All Connected: Songs to Lift the Spirit" -- namely, if my
music speaks to people beyond the Jewish community (and frankly, there
are a lot more of "them" than of "us"), do I market to them or just let
the music trickle out...

Obviously, I'm uncomfortable about either choice. Some of my songs are
universal in message, but come from a specific Jewish consciousness.
Some are so Jewish in content that there's no mistake about the source.

What are other folks doing with this issue?
