[HANASHIR:11539] Cantorial Soloist $ question

What is an appropriate amount to charge a small (100 family) Reform congregation for songleading (w/guitar) at Saturday morning bar/bat mitzvah services?  Does that include a planning meeting with the family?  A rehearsal?  This is in a suburb of Washington, DC.
