[HANASHIR:11409] Re: Audio Recording and CD Duplication Questions

Chuck,

I have two sources for small run CDs. Just got some info from QCA where you
can order 50 CDs in jewel cases and black print on the disc for $117.50/100 for
$217.50. 800 859-8401 or www.go-QCA.com
Also, I have used a source in NY that Shirona recommended to me. Again black
print on the disc and jewel case. Contact John Sadler at 212 684-0960. I have
used them and been pleased. Depending on the length of the CD, it is usually
under $2.50 per disc.

Subject: [HANASHIR:11408] Audio Recording and CD Duplication Questions

I'm putting together a CD with my computer and a Yamaha Motif workstation.
Just looking for any input on a couple of questions.

First, does any one have recommendations on which company to contact for CD
duplication and packaging, for a run of about 100 CD's? Any good experiences
out there?

Second, has anyone had experience with a Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum card?
I'm thinking about buying one, and wondered what others thought of it, or if
there are any other recommended Audio Interfaces. I'm going Optical Output
(S/PDIF) from my Yamaha keyboard, and looking to go USB into my computer, with
an interface that gives me pre-amps and mike inputs.

  Thanks for any help.
