[HANASHIR:11408] Audio Recording and CD Duplication Questions

I'm putting together a CD with my computer and a Yamaha Motif workstation.  
Just looking for any input on a couple of questions.  

First, does any one have recommendations on which company to contact for CD 
duplication and packaging, for a run of about 100 CD's?  Any good experiences 
out there?

Second, has anyone had experience with a Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum card?  
I'm thinking about buying one, and wondered what others thought of it, or if 
there are any other recommended Audio Interfaces.  I'm going Optical Output 
(S/PDIF) from my Yamaha keyboard, and looking to go USB into my computer, 
with an interface that gives me pre-amps and mike inputs.
