[HANASHIR:11385] Re: volunteer choir rehearsal attendance



In the choirs that I've been in, when the director was prompt from day one, 
people are on time.  Don't ask for excuses, just move the choir along 
swiftly and promptness will happen.  People won't want to be late because 
they might miss something.  Under these circumstances, when people are 
late, its probably for a good reason.
