[HANASHIR:11324] addressing promo

I have just completed my Jewish concert promotional material and cd demo of a 
few selections from the concert and am about to start mailing the printed 
materials out to about 60 synagogues and other local Jewish institutions.  
Those of you who have done this before -- can anyone tell me if it is more 
effective to address it to the rabbi, the president, the cantor, the 
administrator or the program director if there is one?
