That is true.  But . . .

Look in any dictionary.  Antisemite has never referred to a hatred of Arabs.

That is true.  Shalom comes from the root SH-L-M which means "whole",
"full", "complete", "at peace."

(Frankly, I was suprised to read that that 'salaam' does not mean that . .
. it seems awfully close to SH-L-M to mean something so different.  Are we
sure that that other source is correct?)
