Speaking of peace, let me add one other fact:

Starting with the Passover Massacre, there were seven suicide bombings in
the ensuing few days.

Since the military invasion there have been no suicide bombings of civilians.

So, while some might call it destruction of Palestinian civil society, some
might call it an attempt to root out the terrorist infrastructure.
