At 19, I return to Hava Nashira for my fourth year.  I have felt, if 
anything, overwhelmed by the welcome and support I receive as one of 
the youngest participants.  I wouldn't give up my experiences at HN 
for the world, or delay them to a later point in life.  It can be a 
remarkable thing for even us youngins ;).  It's not the case for 
everyone; I've met other teens there who simply got nothing from it.  
So just consider who you're sending!  I'll second the suggestion of 
Kutz, though.  I was there in 1999, I think, and I learned so much 
 from Jaime Willans and Billy Trip!  I would never have gone if I 
hadn't gotten the full scholarship from my Temple, so keep sponsering 
your songleaders!  Amazing results, I swear!
