[HANASHIR:10918] name that composer

[LSalvay <LSalvay...>]

Does anyone know who wrote the tune for "Mizmor Shir L'Yom HaShabbat" (the 
first part of Psalm 92) that we all know and love from Hava Nashira? (It's 
the "zippy" one -- a bit reminiscent of the "Hawaii Five-O" theme song....?) 
In all these years, I've never come across a notated version of it, nor any 
attribution as to composer-ship. I need the answer ASAP, and hope someone can 
help!
