[HANASHIR:10334] Compensation

I am working as a preschool music specialist in two Synagogue preschools.  I 
work 4 days per week for a total of 10 hours each week.  I have a degree in 
Early Childhood Education with a minor in Music and a total of 15 years 
teaching experience.  I am paid by the hour as a part time employee of both 
Synagogues.  I plan to increase my hourly fee as I have not done so in three 
years.  Can anyone give me some ideas about compensation in this field?  I 
would appreciate any thoughts or factual information.
