Sara, at our synagogue we just follow the Yom Tov service (which includes
Hallel) and include the sections for Sukkot.  I tend to select some melodies
the congregation is used to on Shabbat mornings as well as some more
"ornate" melodies in honour of the festive nature of the holiday.  There are
some lovely sukkot songs, but we don't include them in the service, but
rather in the decorating festivities.
