Sorry for my blunder.  While I did not intend to slight any of the creators,
the damage has been done and I sincerely apologize.

Unfortunately, going back to the music has not helped me discover the author
of the english lyrics.  The only information I can provide is that Naomi
Shemer is the original songwriter and the choral arrangement I have in my
possession was arranged by Gil Aldema.  If anyone knows who wrote the english
lyrics I would be most interested.
