As I have mentioned in the past I think the Wolf/Portnoy "Art of Torah
Cantillation" is the best self-teaching method to learn Torah trope. I am
anxiously awaiting for a new Haftarah cantillation book which I heard would
be out soon from Transcontinental Music. I'd like to know when that would be
out as I need to brush up on that trope in a hurry. (Dare I say I have
actually seen a photocopy of the musical notation glossary that is said to be
from the back of the Haftarah book).
If anyone knows anything about the Haftarah Book please let me know. I have
dollars in hand and I am ready to order. Below is the complete title of the
Torah trope book.
