Just in case any of you have thought of doing the Sam Glaser "Kol Bamidbar,"
Voice in the Desert program, I successfully completed my 2nd school yesterday
and it's quite a program. Very educational, encompasses grades K-6 or 8......
and it's a parents' delight. Sam comes and sings WITH the kids. They learn
all the choruses through this "journey through the 5 books" and it's quite an
experience.
Great "end of year" culminating activity although it could be done at any time
during the year. If you'd like more info, don't hesitate to email me
privately. Last year I did it with my day school kids and yesterday's
performance was with a large reform congregation's supplemental school.
Be well......

Subject: [HANASHIR:9143] Re: Belief vs action in Judaism
Dear Friends...
I do certainly appreciate the conversations l'shem shamayim, but I must
emphasize the importance of keeping this listserve limited to issues of
Jewish music and the Hava Nashira program itself.
Many people have already dropped out of the listserve because they are
finding their email filled with extraneous (though sometimes very
interesting) notes and can't afford the time to read them.
Please help us in this regard.
Thank you
