Neil:

I respectfully disagree, and, as list-owner, invoke that prerogative. This
work can be carried on in private e-mail with only an occasional notice via
the list. I'm not suggesting there be no postings on this matter, but that
they be limited to ones that can be responded to privately, such as yours.

I also think it's time to stop skewering OSRUI over this issue. It is what
it is.
