Actually, the first blessing of the Amidah deals with this very subject.

Reb Carlebach z"l, on his early 60s album "Live at the Village Gate", sang
"V'zocher Chasdey Ovos".
The "in-tempo" portion of this is easily singable.

V'zocher chasdey ovos umevi goel [g'ulah] livney vnehem l'maan shmo b'ahava.

And He remembers the goodness of our ancestors and will bring redemption to
our children's children
for the sake of His name, with love.
