[HANASHIR:8858] Re:who wrote...

Lo yisa goy is in the Harvard Hillel Sabbath songbook with (as I recall) an
attribution for the music. However it's at shul and I'm at home so I'll
check it out tomorrow.

Answers (and questions) to "who wrote what?"

_Open up our eyes-Shema
by Jeff Klepper-in the (wonderful and complete!) Kol b'Seder songbook
...the Sh'ma that it leads into that you may be thinking about is by Tzvika
Pik (Am->C->Em->Am...etc)

_Lo Yisa goy- (hebrew and english...dont walk in from of me...)
in Shireinu (the new NFTY Chordster) the composer is listed as "unknown" --
I'm really not sure myself. It's one of those things I just attribute to
the folk process...anyone have any leads?

...and as previously stated by Robbie Sherwin,
_Mah Tovu wrote the Hashkiveynu (Steve Brodsky/Josh Zweiback) and combined
it with "Shelter Us" written by Larry Jonas

_Mitzvah Goreret Mitzvah - "MGM" as we call it in the songleading biz was
written by Andy Vogel.

Good luck!
