Dear Karen,
For your first request, I know there are a zillion songs out there, but one
that appeals to me and easy and wonderful is Ketzev's song "This is my
promise" You can find it in their book. I've done it where I sing one line
and have the children repeat after me (or the congregation or the teachers)
so that it can be completely inclusive...it's also easy enough for the kids
to learn in one or two short sessions if you want to "perform" it.
This is my promise from deep in my heart,
Commitment to learning, to doing my part
Try to be righteous, try to be true,
This is my promise, I make it to you.
The song goes on refering to the line in v'ahavta where we promise to teach
the children.
For your other request, I would get my hands on one of the 2 Coopersmith
books. They're old, but good. Lots of songs to show off beginning
knowledge of Hebrew.
Hope this helps.
