Subject: [HANASHIR:7418] a Havdalah question

A quick enquiry off the usual topic a bit. I'm trying to recall a nice
drash where the elements were a) the light of the Havdalah candle reflecting
in our eyes b) seeing ourselves reflected in the pupils of another's eyes.
I remember that the Hebrew word for pupil (ishon?) came into it somewhere.

The reason I'm asking on this list is because I have a feeling that the
drash came from someone during Hava Nashira a few years back. Can anyone
help to piece together the fragments above to make something coherent? It
came up in a class I was in this week where someone said their community
used the candlelight to see the reflection in each other's eyes, but didn't
know why they did it.

With thanks,
