There are a number of others, though they're not always easy to find.
Tom Lehrer wrote a song mentioned several times on this list: "Chanukah in
Santa Monica." I think lyrics are also available. For whatever it's worth,
I went through my Tom Lehrer phase in high school, and I think others may do
so as well.
I think there's another song written by one of the members of "Rockapella"
and (self-?)published called something like "Chanukah with Monica" and sold
as its own single.
I also know of a spoof of "Happiness Is. . ." from "You're a Good Man
Charlie Brown" called "Chanukah Is. . .". It's not particularly funny--same
general tone as the original song, but it's still interesting. One of the
members of BU's a cappela group (Kol Echad) arranged it (and I think a
relative of his wrote the lyrics), and it's recorded on their 1996-7 album
"Stam."
I'll let you know if I come across others.
Judah.
