zeh l'zeh -- this to this
zeh la zeh -- this to that
So this idiom might be used like "He changed the recipe from this to
this" or "He changed the recipe from this to that".
The difference is really subtle out of context. And since the
original was probably written without vowels, either might be the
appropriate pronunciation. You may have to ask the poet ;}.
